Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $**80,000 - $100,000 per year**, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive sales growth.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize store layouts, merchandise displays, and customer service standards.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze industry reports, consumer data, and market trends to inform buying decisions and improve product offerings.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide which products and services to stock, based on sales data, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Implement Pricing and Credit Policies: Develop and enforce pricing strategies, credit policies, and return procedures to maximize profitability.
  • Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source high-quality products from suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create campaigns to promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Manage store finances, track sales, and control costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs based on sales volumes, customer traffic, and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges that may arise.
