Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Operate a cash register and maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members, to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on merchandise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services through various channels, including in-store promotions and online advertising.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit, or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Requirements:
  • Will train and develop skills to meet the demands of the role.
