Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, identify sales opportunities, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and signage.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counting merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates, management, and support staff to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
