**Job Summary**

The Zone Manager - Customer Experience Leader will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to train and mentor a team, and a strong understanding of company standards and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Put the customer first at all times, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a best-in-class service approach and providing on-the-job training and guidance to sales associates.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting quality and engagement among team members.
  • Ensure consistency in store appearance and performance, applying timely coaching and performance management practices as needed.
  • Resolve complex customer service issues and escalate as required, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Assist with receiving, merchandising initiatives, product returns, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
