Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zone Manager to join our team at Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail. As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervisory guidance to a team of sales associates and instill trust
Foster and role model an excellent employee experience where quality & engagement are promoted through the store
Ensure consistency of store associates' performance and deliverables through application of timely coaching & performance management practices
Maintain store appearance with respect to merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standards consistent with visual merchandising guidelines
Where required, be efficient and accurate with receiving, merchandising initiatives, product returns, POS, cash auditing and handling, etc.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency required
Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment
Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
