Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at 14905580 Canada Inc. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Childcare Duties
    • Change diapers and maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    • Assist with toilet training and promote good hygiene practices
    • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas for infants
    • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks
    • Travel with families on trips and assist with childcare and housekeeping duties
    • Care for foster children and provide a safe and nurturing environment
    • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
    • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
    • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
    • Prepare children for rest periods and promote healthy sleep habits
    • Supervise and care for children at all times
    • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare
    • Temporary employment opportunity
    • English language proficiency
    • 30 hours per week of work
