About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage various building design and civil infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and construction of building and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project designs, specifications, and execution plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, other engineering sub consultants, and external vendors, to ensure effective execution.

What You'll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, preferably Civil, Structural, or related field.
- Registered, or eligible to register, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with PEGNL or an equivalent licensing body.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a consulting engineering environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building design, construction practices, and engineering principles.
- Solid commercial analysis skills, project financial accountability, and management of WIP.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) would be considered an asset.
- Experience with sustainable building practices and green certifications (LEED, etc.) is an asset.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle shifting priorities.
