Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team at Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe. As a key member of our bakery staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in baking or a related field;
  • Excellent baking skills, including the ability to prepare mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, and operate machinery;
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively with colleagues;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and manual dexterity;
Responsibilities

As a Head Baker at Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and quality control;
  • Leading a team of bakers and supporting their development and growth;
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality baked goods and other menu items to meet customer expectations;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures;
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer feedback and complaints;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
