Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Camelot Court Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with our hotel's goals and objectives.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, as well as with clients for the use of our facilities.
- Marketing: Implement marketing activities to promote our hotel and attract new customers.
- Maintenance: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure that our hotel remains in good condition.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
