Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Roblyn Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for hotel materials and services.
- Manage hotel budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive hotel growth and profitability.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
