Job Summary

We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team in Cambridge, ON. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as inventory management, customer service, and sales techniques.
