Job Summary:

AccorHotels is seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs. As a Spa Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide luxurious spa experiences to our guests, showcasing your care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a unique and valued experience for each guest.
  • Perform 60 and 120-minute massages and body treatments, utilizing your certified skills.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure an ample supply of massage oils, towels, and sheets are available in the massage area.
  • Participate in in-house training opportunities to expand your knowledge of our professional product lines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited 2200-hour massage program.
  • Registered as a Registered Massage Therapist in the province of Alberta prior to commencement of employment.
  • Previous experience in a spa environment is an asset.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Constant standing and walking throughout the shift, with the ability to lift and carry 20lbs.

Physical Aspects of the Position:

  • Lifting under 20lbs for 10% of work time.
  • Pushing 35lbs pressure through wrists for 80% of work time.
  • Motions involving bending, standing, reaching, and working with hands, arms, and fingers continuously throughout the workday.
