Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Les Productions MAJICAM Inc. as a key member of our video production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, make reservations, and ensure smooth logistics for our production team.
  • Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up equipment for shoots, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for use.
  • Driver's License Check: Verify the validity of driver's licenses for our team members.
  • Transportation: Ensure that all team members have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as public transportation is not available.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail, while maintaining a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as efficient interpersonal skills, to effectively collaborate with the team.
  • Initiative and Flexibility: Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a strong work ethic to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, as needed.
  • Work Experience: Have previous experience in the field of video production or a related industry.
  • Language: Be fluent in French, as this is the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: Work 30 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
