Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Webredon Holdings Ltd.
Job Description:The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store image.
- Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise to be sold, locate and select merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure store profitability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store image.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Judgement: Make sound financial and operational decisions.
- Organized: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Positive Environmental Outcomes: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
