Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Webredon Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store image.
- Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise to be sold, locate and select merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure store profitability.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, and organized.
- Work under pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
- Positive environmental outcomes: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
