Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Earl of Sandwich. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a seamless food service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters, to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including taking orders and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and paper products, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing of the dining area, including floors, tables, and equipment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
