Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that all cleaning staff are working safely and following established protocols.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and tools they need to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients and staff.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Work Setting: On the road job, working in various locations.
