Senior Client Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Manager to lead our Investment Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior client service management role, with a strong understanding of investment management and wealth advisory services.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the investment management industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
