About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garage Supervisor to join our team at MK Auto Body Repair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our garage, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Manage the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and teams
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Work Environment

As a Garage Supervisor at MK Auto Body Repair, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term.

Language
