Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Garage Supervisor to join our team at MK Auto Body Repair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our garage, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked garage.
  • Work Scheduling: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
