We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
