We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality in a busy kitchen environment.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
