We are looking for an experienced Rebate Program Administrator to join our team at Sagen. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while reviewing, validating, and processing rebates for all eligible Energy Efficient Rebate Program applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records pertaining to all rebate applications received, preparation of daily account reconciliations, and support manager in gathering information for internal and external audits.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years Financial Services experience;
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently to achieve processing deadlines;
  • Demonstrates a clear commitment to the highest standards of professional and personal conduct;
  • Strong organizational skills, accurate and detail oriented;
  • Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs (primarily Excel);

This position requires work from our office but offers a flexible hybrid work model that allows employees to work remotely from their home office.
