We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Chilli Peppers. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, mats, and waste disposal units.
- Load and unload buspans and trays, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Perform hand washing and sanitizing of dishes and other items as needed.
- Scour pots and pans to maintain their condition.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the area is kept clean and tidy.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a team. You will be standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads, so it's essential to be reliable and dependable.
