About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at ANAHAT RESTAURANTS INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, following established procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, ensuring that they are used and stored safely.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, contributing to a safe and clean workspace.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
