Aline Greeting Cards seeks a skilled and motivated Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange products according to planogram to create an attractive display.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our retail outlets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review the requirements of each establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Source and select merchandise for resale, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
  • Previous experience in retail or a related field is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as you will be required to travel to our retail outlets.

Aline Greeting Cards is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and this role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Compensation:

English is the primary language spoken in this role, and proficiency in English is required.

Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position, requiring 10-16 hours of work per week.
