Job Responsibilities:
This role involves working as a member of a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership in the safe delivery of resident care, medication administration, and other nursing procedures. The Licensed Practical Nurse will supervise Health Care Aides and other non-regulated health care staff to ensure quality care and support is provided to residents and families in accordance with established standards of practice. The successful candidate must be a member in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) with demonstrated supervisory skills and be able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check satisfactory to the employer.
