Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Charles Hurst Newtownabbey Kia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take their sales career to the next level and be part of a dynamic dealership.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom, including vehicle valuations and sales. You will work closely with the divisional buyer, dedicated prep technicians, detailers, and photography team to ensure that we deliver exceptional marketing standards.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry and possess strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing staff performance, implementing department targets, and ensuring full FCA compliance within the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the full sales process, from web inquiry to phone & showroom.
  • Managing staff performance from structured 121's to training & development.
  • Implementing department targets and brand KPI's.
  • Responsibility for buying in vehicles, as well as keeping stock pricing up to date.
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance within the Sales Department.
  • Managing and owning our Customer Satisfaction.
