About the Role

The Asset Protection Specialist is a critical member of the BCLC team, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our operations. This role requires a high level of expertise in casino security and surveillance practices, as well as the ability to analyze data and identify potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats
  • Monitor and analyze security and surveillance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement security protocols and procedures
  • Conduct regular site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with BCLC standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security and surveillance best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as risk management, security management, or business
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or a related field
  • Project management experience and knowledge of risk/threat assessment methods and procedures
  • Experience in casino security and surveillance leadership is an asset
