Job Title: Surveillance Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and the entire property, ensuring the security of customers, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
• Identify, record, document, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
• Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
• Assist with investigations.

Requirements:

• Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
• Self-motivated and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Meticulous in all areas of your duties.
• Confidence in your judgement and ability to write findings clearly.
• Benefit from working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset.
• Professional knowledge of table games is an asset.
• Ability to work in a dimmed, enclosed, and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues.
• Good vision and the capacity to focus on a computer screen and sit for long periods of time.
• Casino surveillance experience is an asset.
