Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
