Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of our sales team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to our employees.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the efficient use of company resources.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with our sales strategy.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring effective coordination and communication across teams.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff, developing their skills and abilities to meet the needs of our business.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
