About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs, ensuring they understand the importance of regular servicing and maintenance.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Follow up with customers throughout the day to ensure their repair orders are progressing as expected, and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on their vehicle's status.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What We Look For:
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of German/Volkswagen brand is considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- A valid driver's license and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A desire to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.
