Culinary Supervisor

As a Head Cook at Deerhurst Resort, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role
- Remote location
- Hospitality sector including hotels, motels, and resorts
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their development
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Organize and manage buffets and banquets
- Supervise overall kitchen operations
- Ability to focus on detail
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
