Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Saskatoon, SK. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer high-volume phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process payments, book client meetings, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Receive and send mail, packages, and documents as needed.
  • Attend team-building activities and staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and cloud-based systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
