The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult training, with experience in a production, distribution, or logistics environment. A Certified Training Profession (CTP) or similar certificate is an asset, along with ISTP trainer or equivalent qualifications. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent classroom delivery and facilitation skills, as well as a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for coordinating training requirements, conducting periodic reviews of training status, and implementing new projects and processes. You will also perform procedures to maintain technical competency and efficiency in training requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $34.9774 to $41.5031 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, health, dental, and vision benefits, you will also have access to a defined benefits pension plan and employee discounts.
