About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our retail store in Nanaimo, BC. As a Store Manager with Kal Tire, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of tire technicians and front counter team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of tire technicians and front counter team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store profitability and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining and enforcing safety standards and protocols.
  • Drive sales growth through effective customer relationships and business development.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent and some management training preferred.
  • Managerial Experience: At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Safety-first mindset and ability to adhere to protocols and wear required PPE.
