We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans to attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement strategies. They will possess strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and advise senior executives and decision-makers.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and managing strong business relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
  • Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand business needs, company culture, and leadership requirements
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive networking and industry engagement
  • Designing and implementing tailored search strategies that align with clients' long-term talent acquisition goals

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retained executive search, talent acquisition, or high-level recruitment consulting. They will possess strong business acumen with the ability to engage and advise senior executives and decision-makers. A consultative approach and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
