About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Pricing Specialist to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for driving pricing decisions for our SaaS and Payments products globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to drive revenue growth across SaaS and Payments products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing insights into product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Design and implement processes for implementing pricing changes and new features.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of pricing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pricing and packaging research, with a strong understanding of SaaS and Payments business models.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to design and analyze complex pricing projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and implementing new work routines and processes.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of commercial business models.
