Nous recherchons un spécialiste en intelligence marketing qui peut nous aider à comprendre nos consommateurs et à développer des stratégies ciblées pour atteindre nos objectifs marketing.

Rôle et responsabilités

- Analyser les données pour comprendre les habitudes de consommation de nos clients et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
- Développer des modèles de prédiction pour prédire les ventes et identifier les tendances.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de création et de médias pour développer des campagnes marketing efficaces.
- Utiliser les outils d'analyse numérique pour suivre les performances des campagnes et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- Fournir des recommandations à la direction pour améliorer les stratégies marketing et augmenter les ventes.

Compétences requises

- Baccalauréat en marketing, commerce, informatique ou domaine similaire, avec un accent quantitatif (bonus pour les diplômes avancés).
- 2+ ans d'expérience dans l'analyse/marketing.
- Expérience solide dans l'analyse de planification de campagne et de mesure.
- Bonne connaissance des outils de visualisation de données et des techniques (Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
- Compétence en SQL, expérience avec nuages (GCP, Azure, AWS) et grands ensembles de données.
- Python/R utile.
- Expérience dans la conception d’expériences est un atout.
