Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will support top-producing Financial Planners in meeting sales objectives and related activities by providing value-added administrative services and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive client contact management through telephone, fax, and email requests.
  • Develop relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Manage office routines to ensure efficiency is maintained through availability and effective management of files and records.
  • Gather and prepare material required for presentations, meetings, marketing initiatives, etc.
Requirements
  • Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with good business writing skills.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Marketing Central.
  • Knowledge of Royal Bank systems, including Sales & Service Platform and RBCNet, is an asset.
