Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will play a key role in supporting our top-producing Financial Planners in meeting sales objectives and related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service through responsive communication and timely resolution of client requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service partners to ensure operational guidelines are adhered to and transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Manage office routines to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in file and record management.
  • Gather and prepare materials required for presentations, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Sales-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Royal Bank systems, including Sales & Service Platform and RBCNet, is an asset.
