Job Title: Specialty Foods Culinary Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Specialty Foods Culinary Expert to join our team at Marcheleo's INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a focus on specialty foods.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Lead and train cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, as well as for special guests or functions.
  • Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Work Environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality food products. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for a dependable, organized, and efficient individual who can work well in a team environment. You must be able to communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills.
