Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Lead to join our team in Markham, Ontario. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective trade investment management and sales forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales targets and trade investment strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain trade profiles for financial planning, track progress, and report against variances.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to support customer segmentation, influencing revenue growth and trade investment expectations for key customers.
  • Liaise with business partners in Sales, Demand Planning, Delivery, and Finance to support the monthly Sales forecast meeting and leverage insights to inform key financial decisions.
  • Provide ongoing support of our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system to our Customer Unit team.
  • Liaise with Customer Unit leads, the Customer Analytics and Pricing team, and the Customer Strategy leads to develop reporting and analytics that enhance business insights.
  • Ensure accuracy of information sent to other reporting platforms, including Tableau and SAP, and serve as the primary liaison to the Customer Unit, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Maintain user manuals for TPM and manage all training needs of the Customer Unit, providing updates on technology improvements and key deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, with an MBA or Master's degree being an asset.
  • Minimum 4 years of business experience, with a strong background in sales operations, trade investment, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, enjoys working with technology, and stays on top of trends, with strong technical aptitude, ability, and desire to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and simplify concepts and analytics to business leaders, with a passion for training and teaching others.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and work with a cross-functional project team, manage multiple priorities, accommodate impactful ad-hoc requests, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on strategy and data, and advanced skills in Microsoft, especially in Excel.

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $86,000 to $138,000, depending on location, skills, experience, education level, and other job-related factors.
