About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled project manager to join our client's team and contribute to high-impact projects that benefit the community. You will be responsible for managing different healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adhering to safety regulations and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects through all phases, respecting timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and build relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
- Create and manage project schedules using advanced project scheduling software.
- Oversee site superintendents and check on project progress regularly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and other legal requirements.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve project objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background as a Project Manager in the ICI sector with a track record of overseeing institutional, health care, and hospital interior renovation projects.
- Excellent trade and consultant relationships in the local market.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong technical, computer, and management skills.
- An educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
