As a Retail Store Operations Manager at B.C. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing merchandise inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning sales workers to duties to maximize productivity and efficiency;
  • Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles;
  • Authorizing payments by cheque and maintaining accurate financial records;
  • Ordering merchandise and authorizing returns to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses;

Required Skills and Qualifications
