Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team and help us define our products by bringing research insights to life for product and design partners, stakeholders across go-to-market teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct generative and evaluative research studies that shape product and business decisions
  • Advocate for research as a practice and bring insights to diverse audiences through various mediums
  • Help to maintain and refine our insights infrastructure and research governance
  • Prioritize, plan, and execute research with appropriate methodologies for maximum impact
  • Use a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to accomplish our goals, including surveys, participatory research, 1:1 interviews, and usability tests
  • Translate data and insights into concrete strategy and design direction
Requirements
  • Familiarity with recruitment, discovery, usability testing, moderation, synthesis, and socializing actionable insights
  • Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies
  • Masters in HCI or related field
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics and user testing tools
