About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at Sehaj & Diya Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors, establish asking prices, and conduct open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Client Service: Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, and inspecting real estate properties, and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Administrative Tasks: Draw up sales agreements for purchaser's and seller's approval, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Personal Qualities
  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role.
