About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at Sehaj & Diya Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors, establish asking prices, and conduct open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Client Support: Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, and inspecting real estate properties, and assist them in making offers of purchase.
  • Administrative Tasks: Draw up sales agreements for purchaser's and seller's approval, and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, and combine sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Term and Language: Permanent position, with English as the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
