  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that we have sufficient ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and maintain records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries for Chef: Compile and present detailed summaries of food orders to our chef, ensuring that they have the information they need to prepare our menu offerings.
  • Supervise and Check Assembly of Trays: Oversee the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented to our customers in a clean and appetizing manner.
  • Supervise and Check Delivery of Food Trolleys: Monitor the delivery of food trolleys to our customers, ensuring that they are served promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
